A Grosse Pointe Woods resident, I am the Regional Editor for about a dozen Michigan Patch.com sites. I grew up on the East Side of Detroit, attended Regina High School and then Michigan State University, where I recieved a bachelor's degree in journalism and English. I've worked at newspapers in the South — including The State in Columbia, SC, as well as dailies in Hilton Head Island, SC, and Wilmington, NC.
