This will be the&nbsp;8th Annual Jack Duffy 5K Power Run and 1M Walk! It is held to honor and celebrate the life of Jack Duffy, a brilliant and kind young man and accomplished runner. Proceeds support youth mental health and suicide prevention.
The event will take place on SATURDAY, AUGUST 8 in Horsham, PA, starting and ending at the Hatboro-Horsham High School Stadium and continuing along the beautiful, paved Horsham Power Line Trail. Advanced online registration is open through August 7 and is discounted versus race day sign-up. A free t-shirt is available if registered by July 8. Pickup for bibs and shirts will be at&nbsp;check-in on race day beginning at 7:15 am, with the race starting promptly at 8:00.&nbsp;
Awards will be given to the top three male and female runners as well as the top male and female in each age category. Please join us this year to honor Jack’s commitment to empower physical and mental health!

The Montgomery County Suicide Prevention Task Force is hosting a Walk to Prevent Suicide on Sunday, September 13 at Temple - Ambler Campus. Register today for this inspirational walk to support suicide awareness, education, and prevention. Bring your family and friends to join us in this important cause!
Children 10 years of age and younger are free, and children 11 years and up as well as adults need to register at the site linked below. During registration, you can also create or join a team.&nbsp;
The walk is up to 2 miles. Parking is available in Lot 1 on Meetinghouse Road. Check-in on walk day begins across the street from parking at&nbsp;8:30 am with the&nbsp;walk starting at 9:00 am. Refreshments, fun for kids, and mental health resources and giveaways will be available.
