River of Time Museum & Exploration Center

Get ready for the ultimate festive shopping experience as our beloved annual fundraiser returns for 2026, bigger and brighter than ever! Thanks to the incredible ongoing generosity of the Fountain Hills community, our dedicated "Holiday Mart elves"—a passionate team of year-round volunteers—have been hard at work collecting, cleaning, and restoring a dazzling array of high-end holiday decorations to make them twinkle like new.
From rare vintage treasures to unique modern specialty pieces, you'll discover seasonal magic around every corner. The market spans our shared library lobby, winds through the museum's interior hallway, and flows right out onto the patio. There is truly something for everyone, and every single purchase directly supports the River of Time’s mission to engage, entertain, educate, and inspire people about the Lower Verde Valley, the river that runs through it, and the life that water brings to the desert. We can't wait to celebrate the season with you!For additional information visit our website at riveroftime.center/calendar

This opening concert celebrates music grounded in tradition and brought to life through rhythm and energy—from the folk-inspired joy of Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8 to the unmistakable American voice of Edgar Meyer.Internationally acclaimed Violinist Sicong Chen takes center stage in Edgar Meyer’s Violin Concerto, a work that blends classical virtuosity with the unmistakable influence of American folk and jazz traditions—music that is as inventive as it is engaging.
The concert culminates in Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8, one of the most uplifting and beloved symphonies in the repertoire. Overflowing with melody and inspired by the sounds of the natural world, it is music that sings, dances, and radiates warmth.
This is the perfect way to begin the season—vibrant, inviting, and full of life.
