What is on top that you wish to heal! We will be guided into a meditative state and then bathed in sound!
What Is a Sound Bath? In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by the singing bowls, The vibrations of the singing bowls will enhance the experience of a guided meditation which relax the cells and bring forth healing. You will leave feeling refreshed, energetically enhanced, charkas will be balanced. A wonderful way to spend quiet time with friends or family.
