Meet your new best friend at Hooters of Bradenton when they partner with the Humane Society of Manatee County for a pet adoption event, pet fooddrive and Friendraiser on Saturday, May 16. Hooters of Bradenton is located at 4908 14th Street West in Bradenton.

The Pet Adoption is taking place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For every animal adopted from the event, Hooters will donate the funds to the Humane Society to cover the cost of having the pets spayed and neutered. In addition, anyone who brings a pet food donation will receive a buy six wings, get six wings free coupon. 

Plus, everyone will have the opportunity when you dine in at Bradenton Hooters (all day) on May 16 for 20% of your food and beverage sales to be donated to the Humane Society of Manatee County. Just make sure to mention the Humane Society Friendraiser to your server.

Community partnerships like this help provide critical, lifesaving support for shelter pets while also creating opportunities for the public to meet some of our adoptable dogs in person. Hooters of Bradenton to Hold Pet Adoption, Food Drive and Friendraiser 

Come say hi and snap a photo with a Frisco RoughRiders mascot and Hootie the Owl during a special meet and greet photo opportunity on Monday, May 18. Plus, kids eat free from 5pm to close. This meet and greet opportunity with the iconic mascots will take place from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Hooters is located at 720 Central Expressway in Plano.

Kids meal choices include Kids Wings, Boneless Wings, Tender Chicken Strips, Mac and Cheese and a Hamburger. All kids' meals are served with a side and a kids' drink. This meal deal is valid on May 18 for guests 12 and under. One free kids' meal per paying adult entree; dine-in only.

Headlining this unforgettable night are three of Jamaica’s most celebrated and influential artists: Spragga Benz, Wayne Wonder, and Agent Sasco representing the very best of dancehall and reggae excellence. Batten Family Farms was founded in Brooksville, Florida, in the late 1800s with a small family of farmers. Now Batten family has grown and cultivated land for generations, growing high-quality melons and hay, while raising cattle to support our family and others'. Each generation has passed down knowledge and traditions that honor our heritage. They are dedicated to sustainable farming practices and a deep respect for the land and also thankful for support of the community that has kept them going and believe in giving back by providing fresh produce and fostering connections between consumers and farmers.

<a href="https://www.orchestramiami.org/saturdays-at-trinity" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Orchestra Miami</a> is excited to partner with the Music Ministry of <a href="https://www.trinitymiami.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Trinity Episcopal Cathedra</a>l to create the Saturdays at Trinity
Series in their historic sanctuary in Downtown Miami. These concerts will feature music performed by soloists from Orchestra Miami along with the finest singers in South Florida.
The series, performed on Saturdays at 7 PM, will explore the lush and opulent music of the Art Nouveau era (roughly 1885 to the 1930's). This period is known for its opulence, lushness and eclecticism- music that was often theatrical, grandly scaled, and adorned with complex harmonies.
Our exploration of the Art Nouveau era begins in Italy, where we discover stile floreale, or "floral style" music. The music of this era pushed boundaries and created a lush sound as it expanded the musical ideals of the early 1900's.
The program includes Il Tramonto, a breathtaking and dramatic lyric poem/cantata composed by Ottorino Respighi for string quartet and mezzo-soprano, Respighi’s gorgeous, rarely heard Piano Quintet in F Minor. The program also explores some of the lesser-known works of one of Italy’s most famous composers, Giacomo Puccini, Crisantemi for string quartet and some of his art songs. Lastly the program ends with some of Italy’s sunniest works, canzoni Napoltane by Giorgio Tosti.
The performers include some of Orchestra Miami’s finest musicians- Huifang Chen and Dale Sandvold on the violin, Gregory Falkenstein on the viola and Susan Bergeron on cello- along with Artistic Director Elaine Rinaldi on the piano. Also featured are special guests Metropolitan Opera Grand Finalist Award winner, mezzo-soprano Maggie Reneé and frequent Orchestra Miami collaborator, tenor Gerardo Ortega.
Admission is on a Pay-What-You-Wish basis starting at just $5, or you can reserve a front row seat for just $30! You are invited to join a wine and bubbly reception with the artists following the performance. 
Saturday, May 16, 2026, 7 PM at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 464 NE 16 Street, Miami, 33132 in downtown Miami. Free parking is available at the church (tell the attendant you are there for the concert) or Pay-by-Phone street parking is available. Parking is also available in the Omni Garage or take the Metro Mover to the Omni Station. 
The Saturdays at Trinity series is generously sponsored by a grant from the Miami DDA. The Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami (CCBM) under the artistic direction of Eriberto Jimenez, will present Le Corsaire Suite. This enchanting ballet is based on Lord Byron’s epic poem written in 1814, a romantic story of pirates, maidens, slave merchants, and pashas. 

The Suite is a compilation of the most beloved scenes from the full-length ballet, including:

The first performance of Le Corsaire as a ballet was in 1837 at the King's Theatre in London, with choreography by François Albert and music by Nicholas Bochsa. The ballet was later reworked by Joseph Mazilier, whose version premiered in 1856 with music by Adolphe Adam at the Paris Opera, achieving unexpected success. In 1858, Jules Perrot adapted the story again, adding several new dances later on choreographer Marius Petipa created several versions between 1863 and 1899.
