We are excited to bring to you a CURVE SPORTS BASEBALL COMBINE.

How well do you REALLY know your game? Most baseball showcases focus on what a player can do on the field. At Curve Sports, we take it a step further. We're bringing together advanced technology, objective performance testing, and player development to give athletes a complete picture of their performance.

Our Curve Sports Baseball Combine evaluates the three essential components of athletic performance:

BALL | Baseball Technical Skills: Trackman-powered data for hitting or pitching, assessing launch angles, spin rates, and velocity.
How? The athlete will receive 14 pitches in total. The first 2 are warm- ups. 12 swings are recorded to gather Trackman data.

BODY | Athletic Performance: Biomechanical Screening Analyzes movement efficiency, mobility, and force production using Proteus to identify injury risks and physical bottlenecks.
How? The athlete will complete 4 movements Trunk Rotation (Concentric and Plyo/Counter Rotation) Rotational Shot Put PNF D2 Flexion and Extension Vertical Jump

BRAIN | Cognitive Performance: Visual Processing Cognitive/Visual Measures mental acuity and visual processing speed under stress. We use a technology called Senaptec.
How? The athlete will complete 3 Cognitive/Visual Tests on the Senaptec Machine: Near Far Quickness Perception Span Reaction Time

Each athlete will also complete the following tests: Grip Strength Test Sprint Speed (30 yard dash) and Agility (5-10-5 Test) with VALD Timing Gates Height and Weight Vertical Jump Testing on Jump Mat

This isn't just about showing what you can do. It's about understanding where you are, identifying opportunities for improvement, and building a plan to reach the next level.

Sotto Voce brings some of history’s greatest opera composers off the grand stage and into an intimate chamber setting. From Verdi’s rarely-heard String Quartet to Respighi’s lush Piano Quintet, this program reveals a more personal side of opera composers. Paired with three two-minute commissions based on Verdi’s La Forza del Destino, by three acclaimed living women composers—Marti Epstein, Elena Ruehr, and Elizabeth Brown, plus a few irresistible arias— the result is an affecting evening of Bel Canto!
