Jacob De Hoyos, Neighbor

Dr. Jacob De Hoyos is a New York City–based pianist, educator, and creator of Baking With The Classics, a concert series blending piano performance, history, and dessert artistry into immersive concert experiences. He serves as Professor of Piano at the College of Mount Saint Vincent and previously served as Piano Department Chair at Concordia Conservatory. His performances pair classical repertoire with historically inspired desserts designed to reflect the music, creating programs where themes transform through both sound and flavor.
