During this contemplative retreat we explore music as spiritual practice, using several beautiful practices that, while seemingly simple are actually quite potent, enriching our time with and in our music. These practices come together to offer us the opportunity to connect more deeply with ourselves, our instruments, the music and Spirit. Whether we are playing, singing, practicing, learning, creating or performing, we can transform our involvement with our music into a deep and rich spiritual practice.
This retreat is for all musicians (instrumental or vocal); most suitable for intermediate beginner to advanced-level experience. Note: this retreat would not be suitable for novice levels.

There’s a place within each of us that knows—a quiet, steady presence beneath the noise of fear, control, and self-will. But how often do we dismiss that inner voice because we can’t explain it?
Unknown Knowing is a retreat for women in 12 Step recovery who long to deepen their conscious contact with a Higher Power—and with themselves.
Through prayer, meditation, journaling, movement, and women’s circle, we will create space to pause, listen, and reconnect with the still, small voice within. Together, we’ll explore how to trust our intuitive guidance, even when we don’t fully understand it.
This is a space of spiritual exploration—not about figuring it out, but about allowing the truth to rise.

The farmers market is open from 8:30am-1pm on Saturdays through December. SNAP EBT is welcome and doubled up to $50/week with Fresh Connect Checks. From uncovering hidden flagstone paths, to raking leaves and planting annuals. We've participated in every I Love My Parks Day with Parks &amp; Trails NY and NY State Parks since 2012! Partner groups have included the Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Mount Vernon Youth Bureau, Yale Alumni, Con Edison, Rye Neck School, Mamaroneck School, Stanford Alumni, the Rye Garden Club, Rye Sustainability Committee and many more.&nbsp;

Join Indigo Goodson-Fields on a bird outing through the Jay Estate's newly designated New York State Birding Trail! Binoculars are not needed but if you have a pair, bring them (there will be a limited amount of shared binoculars available). All ages and experience levels are welcome. 
Indigo Goodson-Fields is a writer, poet, and birder based in Brooklyn. Her forthcoming book, entitled Essential Birding is an anthology about the importance of birding in the lives of Black birders across the U.S. and will be published by OR Books in fall 2026.
