Alex Perkel is a certified Tai Chi and QiGong instructor with extensive training, including studies at the renowned Shaolin Monastery in China and has participated in the U.S. Open Martial Arts Competition. His goal is to share the health benefits of Tai Chi promoting relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Tai Chi &amp; Qigong Program
• Qigong Healing Forms 
Gentle movements to improve circulation, flexibility, internal organ support, relaxation, and stress relief. 
• Tai Chi Forms (Yang, Chen, and Wushu styles) 
Promotes balance, posture, calm breathing, joint mobility, and overall well-being. 
• Tai Chi Weapons Training, Sword, Broadsword, Kung Fu Fan, Shaolin Cane for self-defense, and Whip Staff techniques, which enhance coordination, mobility, and whole-body awareness. 
This program welcomes beginners, seniors, and all levels.
Registration will begin at 1:30 PM on May 1st.
Class Dates: Fridays: May 15, 22, 29 and June 5, 12, 19, 26. 
Time: 1:30PM – 3:00 PM. Each class is a separate registration.

Join us on Saturday, May 16th from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. for our Golf-Themed Kitten Adoption Event at Mike’s Feed Farm, 90 Hamburg Turnpike, Riverdale to meet your new best friend.&nbsp; Come meet your purr-fect match and take home a little extra good fortune and a whole lot of love!&nbsp; You will be able to meet so many amazing cats and kittens of FOWA Rescue looking for their forever homes.&nbsp; It’s the perfect time to add a kittie or two to the family.&nbsp; First time cat owner?&nbsp; We provide a deluxe starter kit when you adopt a kitten from this event.&nbsp; Adopting a companion for your current kittie at home?&nbsp; Choose from a variety of cat beds, cat carriers or deluxe toys to accompany your new addition home.&nbsp; Adopting a pair of kittens?&nbsp; Did you know that it’s always better to have a pair of kittens—they are happiest having a companion to interact with.&nbsp; There will be special adoption rates for anyone adopting from one of these—don’t miss the event!
