The affects my Sound Journeys are having on SLEEP &amp; ANXIETY are the talk of the town and that is very exciting! Yes, I compose these sessions to allow the participants to unwind at the deepest levels physically &amp; mentally because it matters in one's daily life.
Would you like a reminder of what "deeply relaxed and also rejuvenated" feels like? Come REGISTER for Mondays at Dottie's. 
In sessions I compose pieces using a large selection of therapy grade and tuned Tibetan Metal bowls, 1 26 inch and 1 32" Atlantis Gong, Sea and Buffalo drums, 9 Solfeggio Tuned long chimes, rain sticks and other cool instruments which direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and body.
