Vera Fitness

Join us for an intimate 4-hour workshop on Saturday, February 6th, from 12-4 pm at Vera Fitness in St. Paul, designed for patients, cancer survivors, caregivers, and those who have lost a loved one.
"The Healing Pen &amp; A Mic" is an afternoon of journaling, reflection, and connection. No writing experience is needed, and sharing out loud is completely optional.
We are keeping the circle small (only 10 seats) to ensure a safe, quiet space. A complimentary catered lunch and a journaling kit are included.
Registration is required and closes on Thursday, February 4th, at 11:59 pm. If you or someone you know in our community could use an afternoon of deep rest and understanding, please register to join us here:&nbsp;<span style="caret-color: #151515; color: #151515; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Apple Color Emoji', Inter, Roboto, 'Segoe UI', 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif; font-size: medium; white-space: pre; background-color: #f8f8f8;">https://luma.com/1gv12s73
