Most LinkedIn profiles read like a rearview mirror, all about where you've been. This interactive session turns that into a windshield, built on the 3 Ps: Profile, Prep, and Presence. You'll leave with a practical way to be seen on LinkedIn on your own terms and start building connections and opportunities.

She’ll break down what worked, what she learned, and practical strategies you can put into action right away to grow your own business.

Lois Volta

Reclaiming the Work That Holds Us Together
Lois Volta is a Philadelphia-based author and founder of Volta Naturals whose book, Confessions of a Cleaning Lady, challenges the invisible expectations surrounding household labor. Drawing on a decade spent inside family homes, she empowers women to name, own, and redesign the unpaid work of caring, coordinating, and holding it all together, transforming domestic life from a source of guilt into healthier, more egalitarian relationships. For women in business, this conversation is especially relevant because the workday rarely ends when they leave the office. As a successful author and entrepreneur herself, Lois brings a unique perspective to the intersection of professional ambition and the often invisible work of managing a home, exploring how women can rethink what they carry, create greater balance, and build lives that support both their work and their relationships.
