It Features antiques, vintage pieces, fine art, rugs and more from local estates. The auction pick up day is Friday, August 28, 2026 from 11am - 2pm. Depending on the items(s) purchased, there are 2 pick up locations....Both are in Westport, CT and are 3 minutes apart in distance. You will be notified on your emailed invoice and by text which pick up location has your item(s). If you cannot make the pick up day/time, Simply Estated MUST be notified before the August 28th. Any items that you are having shipped MUST be picked up within 10 days of the closing of the auction.
If any and all items are not picked up within this time frame, Simply Estated will consider your items abandoned and you will forfeit all right to the item.

On view this year in the Painting Gallery&nbsp;is&nbsp;Tomashi Jackson and Robert Rauschenberg: The Catch One. Featuring newly commissioned paintings by Jackson in dialogue with works by Rauschenberg from the historic site’s permanent collection and the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, the exhibition contributes to a global slate of 2025–26 initiatives that reexamine Rauschenberg’s legacy, honoring his expansive creativity, spirit of curiosity, and commitment to change.
In the Sculpture Gallery,&nbsp;encounter&nbsp;the large-scale works by artists including John Chamberlain, Bruce Nauman, and Frank Stella that were collected by Philip Johnson and David Whitney.
Our expert educators will be available across the site to provide information and answer questions.

Every October, the Fairfield Audubon Society becomes one of Connecticut's most beautiful locations for family portraits. Brilliant fall foliage, peaceful trails, golden light, and rustic boardwalks create the perfect backdrop for authentic family memories.
After photographing families throughout Fairfield County for more than 35 years, I continue returning to the Audubon because it never feels like a traditional photo session. Connecticut Ballet Center

September 14th will bring the start of formal dance training for young dancers ages 3 &amp; up! Connecticut Ballet Center, official school of Connecticut Ballet, has openings Creative Movement &amp; Pre-Ballet for three and four-year-old girls &amp; a new Boys Ballet Class for our Saturday class program. The new class is open to boys ages 5-8 who would enjoy dancing alongside other boys &amp; with a male instructor. Connecticut Ballet Center is celebrating its 30th year of high-quality recreational and pre-professional training for aspiring dancers. Placement classes will take place after-school on September 2-3. Interested parents may schedule an orientation visit by emailing mgr@connecticutballetcenter.com.
