The race of the summer with the best way to cool down...a margarita, of course! Barbara Nevins and Southwest Cafe present the 20th annual Southwest Cafe Margarita 5K to benefit Ability Beyond. The yummy margarita you know and love will be waiting for you at the post-race fiesta!The race kicks off at 7&nbsp;PM, featuring:<ul><li>A post-race party</li><li>Breathable race t-shirts</li><li>Finisher's margarita and chips and salsa</li><li>HOKA demos</li></ul>The Southwest Cafe Margarita 5K continues to support Ability Beyond, an organization dedicated to empowering every person, no matter their ability, to live, work and thrive as members of their community. Join us for a week full of fun at Mystery Island VBS, July 13th through the 17th. Every evening from 6:00 to 8:00pm we will be exploring God's truths from the Bible with games, crafts, snacks, and more. Open to children grades K4-7th. Parents may drop their child/children off at 6:00pm and pick them up at 8:00pm each evening. Parents are invited to join their child on Friday for family fun. This is a FREE&nbsp;event; registration is required for each individual child.

Six years after the passing of Congressman John Lewis, we're gathering in Ridgefield to protect voting rights, carry his torch forward, and continue his legacy for the next generation.
Join us for a march and rally in his honor. We'll begin at the First Congregational Church (FCC), 103 Main St, and march to Ballard Park, where we'll hear from speakers including Josh Elliott, Noel Casler, and Aimee Berger-Girvalo.Sign up here: https://mobilize.us/s/VJzVxt
If you're able, we encourage you to join us at FCC for the start of the march. You're also welcome to join along the route — at Jesse Lee United Methodist Church or St. Stephen's Church, for example.
