Estate planning is way too important to neglect. Do not trust non-attorneys or online services to handle your estate plan – the consequences may be dire. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.

In addition, more than 30 members of Mascia Bakery Group’s leadership team will volunteer during September to help sort donations, working alongside the community volunteers who make the Rummage Sale possible. “We are proud to support an organization and an event that has such a meaningful impact on our local communities,” said Steven Legvari, CEO of Mascia Bakery Group LLC and resident of the area. “For us, supporting our communities means more than writing a check. It means showing up, rolling up our sleeves and being part of the effort. We are especially grateful to the many community members who donate generously and dedicate their time to making this event a success; we are humbled to recognize them in a small way.” As a thank-you to fellow volunteers, members of the Mascia Bakery Group team will distribute coupons for free Dunkin’ beverages and treat volunteers to fresh-baked donuts from the company’s Dunkin’ bakery.“Events like the Atlantic Visiting Nurse Rummage Sale demonstrate what can happen when a community comes together,” added Robert Mascia, Dunkin’ Franchisee and owner. “We are honored to play a small part in supporting the important work of this organization and the volunteers who make that work possible.”Atlantic Visiting Nurse Services Rummage Sale supports the organization’s efforts to provide compassionate care and services to patients and families throughout the region. Liver Cancer Awareness Month is October, concurrent with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Bile duct cancers (cholangiocarcinoma), including those that originate within the liver, remain a serious challenge. Liver health is also important for other type of cancers at late stage, such as breast cancer, if cancer spread to the liver.Join medical experts, patients, survivors, caregivers, advocates, and legislators to raise awareness, support innovative emerging solutions, and help move us closer to a cure. Improve liver cancer survival through awareness just like awareness has helped breast cancer treatment advancement and patient outcome.
United For Impact (UFI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to advancing health, well-being, awareness, and meaningful community impact. Following the event, once associated expenses have been covered, UFI intends to allocate portions of the proceeds toward organizations and initiatives directly contributing to patient care, innovative treatment, awareness, and access to life-saving resources.

No crystal ball. Just clarity.
Specializing in real-life Happily Ever Afters, sessions with Shannon are intuitive, heart-centered, and woven in joy. Each session is unique and may include:
✨ Soul-centered guidance and inspiration for your path ✨ Intuitive insight into patterns and emerging possibilities in your life ✨ Energy clearing and heart-healing for release and peace ✨ Support in letting go of what no longer serves you ✨ Encouragement for wishes, dreams, and new beginnings ✨ Joy-filled awakenings and upshifts into higher resonance
Here, you are invited to step into clarity, peace, and joy in ways that touch every part of your life. A session may help you release burdens you’ve carried too long, notice new possibilities you hadn’t seen before, reconnect with what is sacred, or simply feel lighter and more at ease in where you are now.
Each session leaves you with guidance, encouragement, and inspiration — and with the sense that dreams can unfold in real life, miracles are possible, and your very own Happily Ever After may be nearer than you've imagined.
What to Know: All sessions with Shannon are in Divine timing; always free (no costs, no strings); and are complementary with all belief systems (secular or nonsecular) and all paths of life.
