Something new is coming to Annandale—and it’s designed with a very specific goal in mind: helping people get stronger, live longer, and stay connected.
The first annual Stronger Together Health Fair is set to launch this year, bringing a fresh approach to community health—especially for adults 50 and older who want to stay active, mobile, and independent for years to come.
The event will be hosted at the Annandale Fire Department and promises to be much more than a traditional health fair.
<h3>More Than Information—A Clear Plan for Your Health</h3>
Unlike typical events where attendees leave with brochures and business cards, Stronger Together is built around one core idea: giving people real answers and a clear next step.
At the center of the experience is a Longevity Assessment Scorecard, where participants can evaluate key areas like strength, balance, and mobility—factors that play a critical role in long-term health and independence. Each participant will leave with a better understanding of where they stand and what to focus on next.
<h3>Hands-On Health and Wellness Experiences</h3>
The event will feature a wide range of interactive services and offerings, including:
<ul><li>Free chair massages, massage gun sessions, and stretch therapy</li><li>Chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy screenings</li><li>Advanced movement assessments using motion analysis technology</li><li>The opportunity to receive a DEXA scan for deeper insight into body composition and bone health</li></ul>
In addition to these services, attendees can enjoy food and drinks from Cafe Hive, a new local favorite known for its trendy coffee, tea, and chef-crafted pastries made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.

Please join us at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church for an afternoon concert by Amanda Mole.She is one of the leading concert organists of her generation and the winner of numerous international competitions, including first prize at the 8th International Musashino-Tokyo Organ Competition (2017), first place and audience prize at the Miami International Organ Competition (2016), and first place at the Arthur Poister Organ Competition (2014) and John Rodland Memorial Organ Competition (2014). She has performed at venues across the USA, Europe, and Japan and has been featured in recital at conventions of the American Guild of Organists (2022 Seattle WA) and the Organ Historical Society (2016 Philadelphia PA and 2018 Rochester NY). Her solo recital recording was released in March 2019 on the Naxos label. Come enjoy some world-class organ playing, then stay for a reception.The concert is sponsored by the St. Alban's Muldoon Concert fund and is free.
