Both hearings will present identical information and&nbsp;be held in an open house format, with a presentation&nbsp;followed by a formal comment session. All interested&nbsp;persons will be given the opportunity to express their&nbsp;views concerning the potential effects of the Project. The&nbsp;proceedings will be recorded by a stenographer. Spanish&nbsp;language and American Sign Language interpreters&nbsp;will be available during the hearings. Locations will&nbsp;be accessible to individuals with disabilities. Please&nbsp;submit all other accommodation requests at least&nbsp;seven business days prior to the hearings (by 4:00 p.m.&nbsp;Monday, September 21, 2026) by phone at 929-505-1002 weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM or by&nbsp;email to <a href="mailto:ShoreRoadBridgeBX@dot.nyc.gov" target="_blank">ShoreRoadBridgeBX@dot.nyc.gov</a>.
