If the last couple of weeks are any indication, summer is arriving early in McLean. After a cool and wet spring, the recent stretch of warm temperatures has many families thinking about pool days, summer activities, and how they want to spend the months ahead. With Fairfax County schools preparing to wrap up for the year, now is the perfect time to make plans for a summer filled with recreation, friendship, and community. The McLean Swim &amp; Tennis Association (MSTA) is currently welcoming new members and, unlike many area clubs, we have both Equity and Seasonal Rental Memberships available with no waiting list. Located in the heart of McLean, MSTA offers a family-friendly environment where members can enjoy swimming, tennis, social events, and a strong sense of community throughout the summer season. For families looking to keep children active during the school break, MSTA is home to the McLean Marlins Swim Team and offers opportunities for swimmers of all experience levels. Whether your child is just learning the fundamentals of competitive swimming or is looking to continue developing their racing skills, there are opportunities to participate and grow in a supportive environment. In addition to swim team activities, MSTA hosts summer swim camps and tennis camps that help children stay active, build confidence, and make new friends during the summer months. These programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and accessible to a wide range of ages and skill levels. While children enjoy camps, swim team, and recreational activities, parents can take advantage of the club's pool, tennis courts, and social atmosphere. Good Beginnings at Redeemer Renaissance Preschool

Come and play! This outdoor-play program for toddlers and caregivers to enjoy together promotes a sense of wonder, discovery, and exploration while providing a fun introduction to preschool. Children will build their first friendships and work with new materials as they engage in open-ended play in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment. During exploratory play, caregivers will have the opportunity to discuss topics of interest and create bonds that will help them navigate the early childhood years and beyond. Youth Soccer Program for McLean residents

McLean Youth Soccer

The MYS Recreation Program provides youth ages 2-19 in the McLean area an opportunity to have fun while playing soccer with other players in the area. In the fall and spring seasons, U5 and older players train weekly, and play in a game each weekend.
