SHiNE Dance Fitness
SHiNE Dance Fitness™ is a feel-good, high-cardio dance workout set to today’s hits across a wide variety of music and dance styles. Intentionally choreographed and driven by the energy of the music, each class delivers a powerful aerobic workout in an inclusive, supportive environment that helps you move confidently and feel empowered. Bring a bottle of water, comfortable athletic shoes, and get ready to have some fun!
