3. Fairbanks Streambank Rehabilitation Workshop Set For July 15-16 (aksportingjournal.com) — A free two-day streambank rehabilitation workshop is coming to Fairbanks July 15–16, offering hands-on training in salmon-friendly erosion control for local landowners and managers. The state is also taking proposals for the 2027 Fairbanks Habitat Rehabilitation & Protection Cost-Share program, which can reimburse up to half of project costs along Tanana watershed streambanks.
