• Apache Junction Police Fatally Shoot Man Holding BB Gun (nationaltoday.com) — Apache Junction residents are learning more about a February 14 police shooting after local officers released body-camera video showing a man raising what looked like a handgun before being shot. Investigators later determined it was a realistic BB gun, and Mesa Police are now reviewing the case as part of an ongoing use-of-force investigation.
