📰 News we're reading

• Lipan Point to Temporarily Close for Rehabilitation Project (nps.gov) — If you’re planning canyon views from Grand Canyon Village this summer, note that Lipan Point and its access road on Desert View Drive will be closed June 22 through December 23 for major rehabilitation work. Crews will rebuild pavement and trails, while Tanner Trail stays open via parking at nearby “No Name Point,” with no roadside parking allowed near the closure.
