- What is that tar smell at night and early morning?
I almost choked on the smell. It was so bad, made me a bit dizzy. (Nextdoor The Rim / Chaparral Pines) - If anyone would iike to walk a shelter dog, just head down to the Humane Society and fill out a volunteer form.
