• Students Power Drone with Hydrogen and Honeywell's Help (mwrf.com) — Embry-Riddle’s Prescott campus engineering students are helping lead a cutting-edge project to power a fixed-wing drone with hydrogen, partnering closely with Honeywell Aerospace. The Prescott team handled fuel-cell integration and testing, giving local students hands-on experience with emerging clean aviation technology and complex real-world design challenges that could shape future uncrewed aircraft.
   

• First Responders Honor Sgt. Rick Lopez Through Community Blood Drive (signalsaz.com) — Prescott and Prescott Valley first responders teamed up with Vitalant for a two-day Sgt. Rick Lopez Memorial Blood Drive, collecting 81 donations and potentially saving up to 142 lives. Agencies including the Prescott and Prescott Valley police and Prescott Fire Department joined a friendly competition and are already planning to bring the event back in December.
