• How Phoenix homebuyers can get $60,000 in builder incentives (azcentral.com) — Scottsdale homebuyers are currently being offered some of the Valley's richest builder incentives, averaging about $143,000 on new homes, second only to Cave Creek and Carefree. With higher interest rates slowing sales, many incentives go toward mortgage-rate buydowns and closing costs, helping buyers manage monthly payments even as average home prices across metro Phoenix edge down slightly.
