• Here are the Top 3 snowbird destinations in Arizona (azbigmedia.com) — Yuma is highlighted as Arizona's top snowbird destination and ranks 13th nationally, thanks to mild winter temperatures, abundant sunshine, and a high share of seasonal housing. The study notes that 58% of Yuma's vacant units serve seasonal residents, supporting a strong RV and winter visitor community that feeds local restaurants, shops, outdoor recreation, and self-storage businesses each year.
