(neatowncourier.com) — A lack of quorum delayed the Blytheville Planning Commission’s vote on a permit for Faithful Friends Vet Clinic and a transitional house, but a new meeting is set for Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the Justice Complex. Residents heard detailed discussion about reopening the vet clinic on East Moultrie, concerns from a neighboring church, and plans for supportive transitional housing on East Ash.
