Investigators say she overpaid herself and misused company fuel cards over more than a year before being arrested and released on bond while the case moves through court.

• Sanders appoints Northeast Arkansas residents to state boards (kait8.com) — A Harrisburg resident, Donna Massengill, has been appointed to the Arkansas Early Childhood Commission, giving the town a voice in statewide decisions affecting young children and families. She joins several other Northeast Arkansas appointees named by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders to key health, finance, and regulatory boards with terms stretching into 2028 and 2029.
