• Entergy: Eminent domain unlikely for AVAIO data center power lines (katv.com) — Entergy says it is unlikely to use eminent domain for new transmission lines planned to power a large AVAIO data center just west of Wrightsville, but some local landowners remain worried about easements and property impacts. Residents are also frustrated by recent daytime outages along Wrightsville’s main road, which Entergy says are unrelated reliability upgrades scheduled to finish today.
