The utility upgrades will prompt lane closures and possibly cause power outages.
AGOURA HILLS, CA — Southern California Edison will perform "reframing" and hardware upgrades at Kanan Road and Canwood Street next week, city officials said Tuesday.
The work will take place from 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, until 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, prompting lane closures and possibly causing power outages.
Restricted access includes two southbound lanes on Kanan Road and the outside left-turn lane for southbound traffic on Canwood Street.
