Missing Teen Girl Last Seen A Week Ago In East Oakland
The teen was last seen on May 19, driving near the intersection of Lockwood Street and 73rd Avenue in East Oakland.
OAKLAND, CA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding an Oakland teen who was last seen driving a green Cadillac SUV a week ago.
The California Highway Patrol issued an Ebony Alert Tuesday for Semaj Allen, 15, who was last seen May 19 driving near the intersection of Lockwood Street and 73rd Avenue in East Oakland.
She is described as Black, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 116 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.

The Ebony Alert was issued on behalf of the Oakland Police Department for Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
Anyone who sees Allen is asked to call 911.
