• Mayor Congratulates Alameda Little League Teams on Fall Baseball District Sweep (alamedapost.com) — Alameda's AAA Little League All-Stars and Future Stars were honored at City Hall after sweeping the District 4 Fall Baseball championships, beating 11 other East Bay leagues. Mayor Marilyn Ezzy Ashcraft praised the kids, parents, and coaches, highlighting Alameda's long Little League tradition and the community support that helped the 10U and 11U teams reach sectional play.
