• Baldwin Park Street Vendor Earns Permits to Sell Tamales From Her Cart (baldwinparknewsonline.com) — A longtime Baldwin Park street vendor has finally secured all the permits she needs to legally sell her tamales from a red cart on Baldwin Park Boulevard near Tracy Street. Ana Dominguez, a Baldwin Park resident, now operates Monday through Saturday, offering several tamale varieties and catering, after completing Los Angeles County health certification and local approvals that she says make hers the city's first fully permitted tamale cart.
