• Ben Lomond Park Gets a New Flag (slvpost.com) — A freshly installed American flag now flies over Ben Lomond Park on Mill Street, thanks to a collaboration between a local Scout, Rotary volunteers, and Santa Cruz County Parks. Community leaders say the project showcases neighbors working together, and residents are invited to enjoy the park daily from dawn to dusk, with leashed dogs welcome.
