Registering by Monday will enable voters to receive a mail-in ballot, Latimore said. She also encouraged voters to make a plan to vote early either by mailing a completed ballot well ahead of the election or by placing the ballot in an official drop box, which are located across the Los Angeles County. Voters may also drop off ballots at any LA County Vote Center.
