Residents can expect the company to refine the mix of restaurants, wellness, and service tenants based on community needs as part of its broader California expansion.
   

• L.A. County Sales Tax Hits 10.25% — And Some Cities Are Paying Even More (californiacitynews.org) — If you live or shop in Calabasas, your sales tax is now 11.25%, among the highest in Los Angeles County after a countywide increase took effect October 1.
