• Man arrested after pursuit with 3-year-old in vehicle - Aptos Life (aptoslife.com) — Capitola police say a Las Vegas man was arrested after allegedly leading officers on a dangerous pursuit with a 3-year-old in his car, starting with a traffic stop on 41st Avenue. The chase was halted in Aptos for safety, then picked up by CHP near Seascape and ended close to Hidden Beach County Park. The child was unharmed and placed in protective services, and the child's mother was also arrested on separate charges.
