Neighbors have raised concerns about impacts on nearby homes and businesses, prompting a coming planning commission hearing. 2. The case underscores ongoing local enforcement against hard drugs in Chico neighborhoods.
   

4. Three students from Chico take home honors in Cal Water art competition (actionnewsnow.com) — Three Chico students have earned top honors in Cal Water's statewide Splash of Creativity art contest, highlighting their talent and focus on water conservation. Their winning pieces, created in elementary grades, were chosen from entries across California.
