• Homeless navigation center breaks ground (iebusinessdaily.com) — Chino is joining several West End cities to support a new 200‑bed regional homeless navigation center being built in Fontana, aimed at moving people from the streets into permanent housing. The county-led, $20 million facility will offer medical, behavioral health, case management, and transportation services in a low‑barrier setting, with opening targeted for early 2027.
