Strong-Armed Jewelry Robbery Suspects Found In Concord Using Flock Surveillance Network (patch.com) — Concord police helped San Jose officers track and locate suspects in a series of strong‑arm jewelry robberies using Flock license‑plate cameras after the vehicle was spotted in Concord. The arrests, made back in San Jose, highlight a broader Bay Area trend of chain‑snatch thefts targeting elderly victims and include a call for additional tips from the public.
