(mycnr.com) — A major $88 million mixed-use project called The Lumberyard is now under construction in downtown Davis, bringing 239 new apartments plus amenities like a fitness center, pool, and co-working space. Five percent of units will be reserved as affordable housing, and the development, on the former Hibbert's Lumberyard site, is slated for completion in 2028.
