<p>Designed by Sadhguru, Inner Engineering is a transformative program that includes simple Yoga practices, sessions and meditative processes guided by Sadhguru, and the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a powerful 21-minute Yogic process. This program helps you build a foundation of health, joy and exuberance, and establish a chemistry of blissfulness.</p>
<p>Inner Engineering Total is offered as a 4-day, in-person program. The course combines the tools from Inner Engineering Online and transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a 21-minute life-transforming practice.</p>
<p>This format contains powerful meditative processes and practice support through personalized corrections.</p>
<p>Additionally, the first hour of every program is a free introductory talk open to the public.</p>
<p>This program is offered through an Isha Yoga instructor trained by Sadhguru.</p>
<p>No prerequisite or physical agility required. Fresh, wholesome vegetarian meals are served on Saturday and Sunday.</p>
