California 'Jay Leno Law' could exempt more classic cars from smog checks (cbs8.com) — A statewide proposal dubbed the 'Jay Leno Law,' reported from Escondido, could eventually exempt many 1976–1985 collector cars from California's regular smog checks, starting in 2028.
