FREMONT, CA — The Fremont Bank Aqua Adventure Waterpark is reopening just in time for Memorial Day weekend.
Saturday marks the seasonal reopening of the water park, located within Fremont's Central Park.
"This family-friendly destination is the perfect place to cool off and celebrate the long weekend," Fremont city officials said. "From thrilling slides to relaxing cabanas, Aqua Adventure is your go-to destination for summer fun. Plan ahead and make a splash this season."

The park features a roundabout lazy river, an oasis pool that maxes out at 4 feet, a plash pad, bucket bay and a four-story tower with slides known as the "Fortress of Fun."
It also offers daily or seasonal passes, swim lessons, aqua camps and cabana rentals.
