The arrest happened along Argonaut Way after a parent found their son's stolen bike being advertised for sale online.
FREMONT, CA — A minor was arrested earlier this month after trying to sell a stolen bicycle online to the family they took it from, police said.
It's unclear when the bicycle was stolen. Police say a mother reported the bicycle had been recently stolen, but she found someone selling it online.
The woman arranged to meet up with the buyer at Argonaut Way and called officers to be on standby, according to the Fremont Police Department.
