• IID procures more than $20 million in disaster relief funds (kesq.com) — La Quinta customers of Imperial Irrigation District will benefit from more than $20 million in state disaster relief funds to repair storm-damaged power infrastructure. The money will help fix poles and transmission lines hit by 2025 monsoon storms, easing the financial burden on local homes, farms, and businesses while improving system resilience across the eastern Coachella Valley.
