1 Person Killed In Late-Night Crash On 91 Freeway In Corona
The crash reportedly involved a big-rig and Honda Accord.

CORONA, CA — A crash involving a big rig and a car killed one person on the Riverside (91) Freeway in Corona, authorities said Tuesday.
The big rig reportedly blew a tire and jack-knifed at 11:17 p.m. Monday on the eastbound freeway east of Lincoln Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A witness told the CHP the top of a vehicle was missing, and it was later revealed that a Honda Accord was also involved in the crash.

The crash resulted in an oil and diesel spill in the No. 3 lane, the CHP said. Eastbound lanes 3, 4 and 5 were closed for the investigation and cleanup.
No further information was immediately available about the victim.
