Roommate Wanted

Hi,

I am seeking a roommate to help split my current rent on a 2BD/2BA apartment. Unit is on first floor and nearby the office, parking, dumpster, gym and pool as well. Roommate would share kitchen and common rooms as well as the attached garage. Gas & electric included in rent price. Apartment complex charges water, trash, sewer and pest control on top of base rent (separate charge as utilities), and we would split that bill.

Ideal roommate would be employed full-time, cool with dogs (possibly cats in the future?) and guinea pigs. Preferably a stoner and around my age (mid 20's, early 30's) and male. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly no exceptions. No couples please, single occupant only. Guests would be allowed and we can share monthly parking passes for overnight guests.
