Motorcyclist Killed In Lake Elsinore Crash ID'd By Coroner
The Menifee man died of his injuries in the Saturday evening crash.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The motorcyclist killed in a single-vehicle crash in Lake Elsinore was identified by the Riverside County Sheriff's Coroner's Bureau.
Joshua Coan, 44 of Menifee, died when his motorcycle crashed near the intersection of Railroad Canyon and Church roads, according to the Riverside County Sheriff- Coroner's Bureau.
Just after 11 p.m. Saturday, responding deputies arrived at the scene to find Coan unresponsive and suffering from significant injuries.

"Deputies and paramedics attempted lifesaving measures, but the rider succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene," the sheriff's department announced.
The Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station Traffic Team responded and assumed responsibility for the investigation.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
