• Residents CERT-ified For Readiness In Lake Forest: Learn More About This Worthwhile Program (patch.com) — Lake Forest is spotlighting its Community Emergency Response Team volunteers during National CERT Week, recognizing residents trained to help in disasters. With wildfire and earthquake risks close to home, the city is inviting more locals to join the next CERT class starting February 1, 2027, to gain hands-on skills in preparedness, first aid, and light search and rescue.
